is a prominent DC photographer, and passionate connector of people and ideas. Droz took his first photo at age 5, and since then could not put down the camera. He spent years in the darkroom in Pittsburgh at Manchester Craftsman's Guild and Governor's School, practicing many different art forms and having opportunities to work as a docent at the Carnegie International and received a scholarship for an installation in the Andy Warhol museum. In college, Droz began his career as a professional event photographer, by experimenting with off camera lighting and slow shutter speeds, at nightclubs in Baltimore.
In 2009 Droz moved to Washington, DC to pursue his life passion to legalize Hemp. He immediately brought his photography to the city and events. His photography has been prolific and expanding, and he is regularly pushing boundaries with his photography and lifestyle. Ben Droz's photos have gained notoriety through his regular coverage for Washington Life Magazine and Brightest Young Things . Ben Droz helps make people famous.
